Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-16
These terms govern your use of Custom Art Studio (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to them.
The service
You upload a photograph and select an art style. We use an AI image model to generate a stylized reinterpretation, which you may then order printed on paper or canvas and shipped to you. Generated artwork is an artistic interpretation and will differ from the original photo.
Your content and rights
- You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use every photo you upload, and the right to have it reproduced as artwork and printed.
- Do not upload photos of anyone who hasn't consented to their image being used this way, or any content that is illegal, infringing, or depicts a minor inappropriately.
- You retain ownership of your original photo. You own the generated artwork we create for you; we don't reuse it for other purposes without your permission.
- We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if we believe the uploaded content violates these terms.
Free renderings
Each visitor gets a limited number of free artwork generations. We may change this limit, and may grant additional renderings at our discretion.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown at checkout are final and include the cost of creating and printing your artwork; shipping is shown separately based on the option you choose. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final - see our Refund Policy.
Shipping and production
Prints are produced and shipped by our print partner. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and artwork are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the Site means you accept the current version.
