All sales are final

Every print is a one-of-a-kind, AI-generated artwork made and printed specifically for your order. Because each piece is custom-made and cannot be resold, we do not offer returns or refunds for a completed order, including for reasons such as not liking the artistic style or interpretation.

The artwork is an artistic reinterpretation of your photo, not a photographic reproduction - it will not look identical to the original photo. Please review your watermarked preview carefully before completing your purchase; the print you receive will match that preview.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged in shipping, misprinted, or otherwise defective through no fault of your own, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we will arrange a free reprint or replacement.

Wrong size or material

If we made an error in the size or material you ordered, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no charge. If you ordered the wrong size or material yourself, that order is final per the policy above.

Cancellations

Because artwork generation and printing begin immediately after payment, orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
